VERTIKÁLNE LIMITY
Dielo pracuje s repetetívnou snahou zapadnúť, s hľadaním priestoru pre vlastnú existenciu v štruktúre verejného priestoru, s napätím medzi túžbou po začlenení a stratou individuality. Absencia hlavy môže byť buď oslobodením alebo zánikom identity. Autor používa rovnaké princípy a stratégie, formou obetí, za pôžitky, ktoré sú kompromisom medzi tým, kam chce patriť, kým chce byť a čo je za to ochotný zaplatiť. Práca tematizuje neustále vyjednávanie o vlastnom mieste v spoločnosti, kde každé rozhodnutie znamená prijatie určitej medze.
The work explores the repetitive effort to fit in, the search for a space for one’s own existence within the structure of public space, and the tension between the desire for inclusion and the loss of individuality. The absence of a head can represent either liberation or the disappearance of identity. The author applies the same principles and strategies in the form of sacrifices for pleasures that serve as a compromise between where they want to belong, who they want to be, and what they are willing to pay for it. The work addresses the ongoing negotiation of one’s place in society, where every decision entails the acceptance of certain boundaries.
